  1. This home is indeed stunning! I really like the use of the gray-blue color palette throughout. And I’m particularly partial to the wood counter on the second island in the kitchen. I think it prevents the kitchen from feeling cold. I personally prefer a smaller home, however. One simply cannot achieve a cozy feel with this much space. I think it nearly impossible anyway. I like your home much better, Denise! You have a beautiful French flair (as does this), and yet your home feels more welcoming. Yet, I suspect that if one had a great deal of political or international entertaining to do that this home would truly serve one well. Thanks for giving us such a grand tour! It was truly fun and inspiring! Huge hugs!

    1. Thank you Lynn! So sweet of you again 🙂 I struggle as well with our home and trying my best to give it a cozy and warm feeling too. But I completely agree, it is hard to give that much space a warm feeling…I guess that’s where a designer takes over. Thank you again for visiting! It was a fun tour indeed.
