Delicious Roasted Cauliflower Recipe

Sharing another delicious recipe with you today involving cauliflower. It’s amazing at how many ways we can take a head of cauliflower and turn it into something incredible.

Cauliflower rice, General Tso or cauliflower pizza – the possibilities are endless when it comes to this vegetable. Cauliflower on its own is still good – a healthy snack for sure and boiling florets and adding a tad of butter is still a simple favorite of mine.

How to Make Roasted Cauliflower

When I am preparing a fancier meal, like my Jumbo lump fabulous crab cake recipe, snazzing up a head of cauliflower is always a hit 😉 With just the right amount of kick, this recipe is sure to please.

Looking for the biggest head you can find is key…unless you are paying by the pound 😉 The price of food is crazy these days and cauliflower is no exception at $4 a piece in our area.I prepare the sauce in a small bowl after cutting the florets into bite size pieces.

Tip: You can use chopped garlic from a jar for this recipe.

Tossing the florets in a bowl with the sauce to get full coverage is important.

This recipe is so easy and cooks up in 20 minutes using my countertop oven.

I hope you love this recipe as much as my family and I do!
