Kylie Jenner’s New Home in Holmby Hills Los Angeles

Kylie Jenner has recently purchased a new estate in one of the best areas of Los Angeles (no surprise there).

One of Kylie’s prior homes, was located in Hidden Hills and she has owned property in Calabasas too but this new home is located in the heart of L.A. in an area called Holmby Hills.
Let’s take a look at this new over the top stunner…
 

The house is 15,350 square feet and referred to as a resort compound. We know Kylie likes to entertain – will this space be enough?

Tennis court….not too shabby.

The home is a single-story modern compound with a dedicated guardhouse for all that security.

The house has a chef’s kitchen, an outdoor projection screen, home theatre, bars and game rooms, a gym and a championship-level sports court with pickleball and basketball.

The house also has 2 guest apartments.

It is certainly unique.

I’m in love with indoor/outdoor living and this home definitely takes advantage of the beautiful California weather.

And an outdoor fire space for those chilly nights.

The compound was listed at $45 mil but Kylie snagged it for $36.5 million. Not bad negotiating skills Kylie. What do you think of Kylie’s new pad?
