Hot Artickoke & Cheese Dip Recipe

Sharing an easy recipe that is not only super yummy but Keto friendly as well.

As I discussed in a recent post about the Keto diet HERE, I am back on the regime and doing very well, losing 5 pounds my first week.

Recently, I made this delicious appetizer dish to bring to a party, it is perfect for sharing.. or hoarding alone 🙂

Ingredients

Preheat oven to 350 degrees F. In a large mixing bowl, beat the cream cheese either by hand or with a mixer until smooth, then beat in the mayonnaise. Using a Mixer HERE makes this task super easy. Use the low setting for mixing the cream cheese and mayonnaise, it comes out perfectly smooth.

Add remaining ingredients and mix together.

Transfer the dip to a shallow baking dish HERE or gratin dish HERE.

Bake in a preheated oven for 30 to 40 minutes until the top is golden brown and the dip is bubbling.

Serve hot with crackers, tortilla chips, toasted bread, or to keep this recipe KETO friendly, serve with vegetables.

The dish can be made ahead of time and reheated in the oven or microwave.
