Modern 19th Century Farmhouse Tour


This beautiful Wheatland Spring Home(Samuel Nixon House) is circa 1832. Situated on 30 acres, this federal brick home has been completely renovated. The main house has 5 bedrooms and 3.5 baths, beautifully refinished hardwood floors and crown molding. The modern kitchen has wonderful amenities, including beautiful cherry cabinetry,  five burner gas cooktop, built-in refrigerator, two additional refrigerated drawers, and a cozy built-in seating area.
