The beautiful colors of our late August hydrangeas blooming.
This post is a follow up to Why Limelight Hydrangeas are My Favorite Blooming Shrub. I want to share pictures of what these beauties look like in late summer.
Pink and Chartreuse green, the colors are such a beautiful blend and change from the white that first appears on Limelights when they initially bloom.
Varying shades of pink and green hues…
The color blends are a welcome change…
Limelight Hydrangeas are visible from every angle in our yard…
Many shrubs are in different stages of the blooming cycle and each magnificent.
I recently shared a short video on my Instagram page of our hedge of Limelights.
Each stem standing tall and proud…
Hope you enjoyed the post and the tour of our garden. If you want to see more of the limelight blooms, please visit my video HERE on YouTube.

And another great feature of these beautiful hydrangeas is that the remain in a dried state for an astonishing long time. We have had some in a vase for over a year and nothing drops.
Yes good point! Very easy to dry flowers and they look very pretty dried.
