Is it seriously 2020?!! Like Twenty Twenty?! Well Happy New Year to ALL!!
Am I the only one thinking wow..2020?! Why do I keep repeating it? I really like the sound of saying 20/20 or with a long pause between each twweennttty…(pause)….. twwwweeennntttyy. This is kinda blowing my mind but thrilled for what the new year holds.
Twenty nineteen was a pretty good year for Happy Haute Home. I feel like my little blog is turning a corner and really gaining momentum. I started this blog three years ago with no expectations, just a desire to share my love of home decor and hopes of inspiring others to reach new goals and potential in their homes. I have put countless hours into writing two to three posts each and every single week..never ever missing a deadline. I think Google is rewarding me for my consistency. Some of my posts appear on page one of a Google search! Crazy right?!😃 And my photos are appearing in image searches!🙌 Mind blown🤯 We have a ton of new subscribers and the list is growing everyday. That’s not to say there isn’t a lot more growth potential, but I’m happy where my little blog is today. It has grown considerably year over year and I have you to thank for it. So from the bottom of my heart…I thank each one of my followers, subscribers, and readers. You keep Happy Haute Home going and growing.
Let’s recap some of our projects of 2019. I feel good about the progress we made on our home during the past year.
I was able to give our son’s room a refresh for minimal cost.
And the biggest renovation of the year was our exterior modernization.
Home Exterior Modernization Final Reveal . Making the decision to paint the exterior brick of our home and adding outdoor lighting was a dream come true and we continue to be thrilled with the results everyday.
What’s planned for 2020 you ask? I’m presently working on a design for a HUGE outdoor project. You may have seen a sneak peek in my Instagram stories. Can you guess what it is? 😉 I would also like to take on a few interior projects, like finishing up the foyer reno I started a while back and further refining a few rooms in our home.
